Oreo Cream Cheesecake

Oreo Cream Cheesecake

Serving size: 6 glasses

Ingredients:
- 2 packets Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 packet oreo (remove white cream), crushed
- 1 packet oreo, blended
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Steps:
1. Firstly, soften the cream cheese in a microwave for 1 minute.
2. Then, whisk the cream cheese till smooth.
3. Add in the caster sugar.
4. Then, whisk again and add in the 1/2 cup butter.
5. Whisk again and then add in the lemon zest and stir with a spatula.
6. Then add in the crushed oreo and stir using a spatula.
7. Once done, layer it up in a glass starting from the blended oreo and continued with the batter.
8. Chill overnight and serve after 24 hours.

Banana Smoothie

Banana smoothie

Serving size: 3 glasses

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 4 tablespoons yogurt
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cup fresh milk

Steps:
1. Chop the bananas.
2. Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add in 8 cubes of ice.
4. Blend again till well.
5. Pour into tall glasses and serve with straws.

Chocolate Chip Pancake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of pancake flour
- 1 cup of fresh milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Steps:
1. Combine the 2 cups of pancake flour together with the 1 cup of fresh milk and 2 eggs. Then add in the chocolate chips.
2. Then, in another pan, pour 1/2 cup of the pancake mixture, and cook till the bubbles disappear.
3. Add honey and serve.

Mango Pancake

Serving size: 3 pax

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of pancake flour
- 1 cup of fresh milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe mango, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon mango food flavoring
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of corn flour, mixed with water
- 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream

Steps:
1. Combine the 2 cups of pancake flour together with the 1 cup of fresh milk and 2 eggs. Then mix it well and let it aside for 5 minutes.
2. Then, set a pan. In the pan, add 2 cups of water.
3. Then, add the mangoes and add in the sugar.
4. Mix well and let it simmer.
5. Then, add 2 tablespoons of corn flour mixture.
6. Then, in another pan, pour 1/2 cup of the pancake mixture, and cook till the bubbles disappear.
7. Put the pancake on a plate and pour the mango topping on it and put a scoop of ice-cream.

Apple Parfait

Serving size: 6 pax

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3/4 cup dried peanuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup honey cereal, crushed
- 4 large red apples, unpeeled, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 small packet whipping cream

Steps:
1. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and milk in a medium bowl until well blended.
2. Combine peanuts, cereal and remaining 1/4 cup of brown sugar in a small bowl.
3. Stir in with the butter till well blended.
4. Spoon half of the peanut mixture equally between 6 parfait glasses.
5. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture and half of apples equally over peanut mixture.
6. Top each parfait glasses with whipped cream. Repeat all layers.
7. Chill it for better enjoyment. Serve while chill.

Creamy Mash

Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 125g of Philadelphia spreadable cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:
1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
2. Mash the peeled potatoes with the cream cheese and milk until smooth.
3. Stir through the chives then season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve immediately.

Frozen Mango And Lime Cheesecake

Frozen Mango & Lime Cheesecake

Serving size: 8 slices

Ingredients:
- 250g packet plain sweet biscuits
- 60g unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packets of Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon of finely-grated lime rind
- 300ml of thickened cream
- 425g of sliced mangoes, drained
- 3 passionfruit, halved (optional)

Steps:
1. Grease a 6cm-deep, 20cm round springform pan. Line base and side with baking paper. Place biscuits in food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add butter. Process until combined.
2. Press biscuit mixture evenly over base of prepared pan. Place pan in refrigerator.
3.Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add sugar and lime rind. Beat for 2 minutes more.
5. Add cream and beat for 5 minutes or until mixture is thick.
6. Pour into the prepared pan.
7. Place mango in a food processor. Process until smooth.
8. Fold mango through cream cheese mixture to create a marbled effect. Cover with plastic wrap.
9. Place in the freezer overnight or until firm.
10. Remove cheesecake to a plate. Stand at room temperature for 15 minutes then top it with passionfruit pulp.
11. Then, cut into slices and serve.

Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients:
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup cooking cream
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon oregano powder
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- Parsley
- 3 tablespoons yogurt

Steps:
1. Firstly, boil the sweet potatoes and peel the skin.
2. Blend the sweet potatoes in a blender till smooth.
3. Set pan and add in the blended sweet potato.
4. Then, add in the milk and also the cooking cream.
5. Stir, and then add in salt to taste, oregano powder and the black pepper powder.
6. Once again stir well.
7. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and whisk a little to make sour cream.
8. Then, pour the sour cream in the middle of the soup and garnish with parsley.

Classic Lemon Cheesecake

Serving size: 16 slices

Ingredients:
- 3 packets Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon zest
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1 packet thickened cream
- 1 packet cream crackers biscuit
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 packet of strawberries (either frozen or fresh)
- 1 bar of cooking chocolate

Steps:
1. Firstly, soften the cream cheese by leaving at room temperature for 15-30 minutes or by microwaving it for 1 minute.
2. Once you have soften the cream cheese, add the thickened cream to it and start whisking.
3. Then, add in the 1/3 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of caster sugar into the mixture and continue whisking.
4. Then, slowly add in the eggs one at a time.
5. Once the mixture is done, add in the lemon zest and leave it aside.
6. Melt the 1/3 cup of unsalted butter in a non-stick pan and grind the cream crackers biscuits.
7. Mix the melted unsalted butter together with the biscuits and add in 2 tablespoon of caster sugar.
8. The wrap your baking tray with foil so that the cake does not stick onto the baking tray.
9. Then add in the biscuit and pack it tight.
10. Pour in the cream cheese mixture.
11. Bake the cake at 55 minutes at 160 degree celcius.
- Reminder: Pre-heat oven for 5 minutes.
12. Once the cake is done baking, refrigerate it for 4 hours or overnight.
13. Then pull the cake slowly with the foil.
14. Dip the strawberries with the melted chocolate and serve it.

Snow Almond Cookies

Serving size: 1 medium size container

Ingredients:

Set A
- 250g butter
- 150g caster sugar
- 50g almond powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Set B
- 300gm red rose flour
- 50gm custard flour
- 50gm milk powder
- 40gm corn flour

Set C
- 1 bar cooking chocolate
- 1 packet white breadcrumbs

Steps:
1. Beat Set A till it becomes creamy while knead Set B until it becomes dough.
2. Grind down and arrange on the mold of your preference (usually round).
3. Bake at 150 degree celcius till the biscuits are cooked.
4. Melt the chocolate.
5. Once the biscuits had dried, dip it into the melted chocolate and roll over the breadcrumbs.
6. Once the chocolate has harden, store it in an air-tight container.

2 ripe mangoes- 8 ice cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of plain yogurt

Steps:
1. Mix all the above ingredients into a blender.
2. Then, blend it at medium speed and then followed by low speed.
3. Once done blending, pour it into a cup and it's ready to be enjoyed!
